Description: Following government announcements regarding the relaxing of safety restrictions and in collaboration with numerous Catholic Bishops in Manitoba and across Canada, the Archbishop of Winnipeg, Metropolitan Lawrence Huculak has issued the latest official directives "#5" for all parishes and Faithful throughout the Archeparchy of Winnipeg. The implementation of the new regulations will, for the most part, be left up to each parish community, as they must prepare the necessary circumstances and organize the necessary volunteers, etc.
